Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy explains how Talon Trader Funding LLC uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels, and tags, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" here.
2. Categories we use
| Category | What it does | Can it be turned off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Signs you in, keeps your session active, secures forms, balances load, and remembers items in your cart through checkout. | No — the site cannot work without these. |
| Preferences | Remembers choices such as display settings so you do not have to set them again. | Yes, via your browser. |
| Analytics | Tells us which pages are visited and how the site performs, so we can improve it. Reported in aggregate. | Yes. |
| Marketing | Measures the performance of our advertising and allows us to show relevant ads on other platforms. We use the Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag, and the Reddit Pixel for this purpose. | Yes. |
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by providers acting for us — for example analytics providers, our payment processor during checkout, and advertising platforms. Those providers may receive information about your visit and are governed by their own privacy policies.
4. How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them, and let us recognise you on a return visit.
5. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you see what cookies are set, block them, and delete them, usually from the privacy or security settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout. You can also opt out of many advertising cookies through your browser settings or the opt-out tools offered by the relevant ad platform, and most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal — there is no common industry standard for responding to it, and we do not currently respond to it.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the technologies we use change. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
