Subscription Terms

Most products we offer are one-time charges, with nothing that renews automatically and nothing to cancel. Our monthly evaluation line is the one exception — see section 5a below for its recurring-billing terms.
Most charges on this site do not renew
Outside the monthly evaluation line (section 5a), we do not operate recurring billing and we do not store a payment method for the purpose of charging it again. No purchase you make will result in a second charge unless you deliberately make a second purchase, or you have chosen a monthly/recurring account.
1. What we charge for, and how often

2. T-Flight
A T-Flight purchase is a single charge covering 28 calendar days of access, starting the day the account is provisioned. The account closes at the earliest of: you pass, you fail, or day 28. It does not renew. It cannot be extended or paused. If you want another evaluation after the window closes, you buy a new one deliberately.
3. Crest
A Crest account has no time limit and carries no charge whatsoever beyond its one-time activation fee — no recurring fee, no monthly fee, and nothing further for as long as the account is open.
4. Cancelling
Because nothing recurs, there is no subscription to cancel and no cancellation deadline to miss. You can stop using Talon at any time and no further charge will follow. To close your account entirely, contact us at the address below.
Refunds on a purchase already made are governed by the Refund & Billing Policy.
5. If this ever changes
If we introduce a product that bills on a recurring basis, its terms — the amount, the billing period, how to cancel and the notice you receive before each charge — will be published on this page before it goes on sale, and enrolling in it will require your explicit agreement at the point of purchase. We will not convert an existing one-time purchase into a recurring one.
5a. Monthly / recurring charges, where offered
Where a monthly, recurring-billing account is offered, the following consent is required at purchase, on its own line, before the purchase can be completed:
I agree to recurring monthly charges. I authorize Talon Trader Funding LLC to charge my card [MONTH-1 PRICE] per account for the first month, then [RENEWAL PRICE] per account each month after that, until I cancel or the account converts to a Crest account. Each monthly charge is final and non-refundable once processed. I can cancel future renewals at any time from my portal before the renewal date, and it is my responsibility to do so — a failed account keeps renewing until I cancel it. My card details are encrypted and stored by our payment processor — Talon does not store my card number.
If you pay for a Monthly evaluation with cryptocurrency, your subscription does not auto-renew. We will not attempt any automatic charge. Before each renewal date we will email you a secure payment link and QR code for that month’s price — your account continues only if that payment is completed by the stated deadline.

The current version of this page is always posted here with its effective date. This page forms part of our Terms of Use.
